This site is operated by Australian Screens, trading as Australian Screens. "We", "us" and "our" mean Australian Screens. "You" means the person or business placing the order.

The quickest way to reach a person is to call 1800 GET LED (1800 438 533).

• Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and excludes GST.
• GST of 10% is added at checkout, and the amount you pay is the GST-inclusive total shown there.
• Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it, not the one shown on an older page, a cached page or a printed quote that has expired.
• Sizes, pixel pitches and options change what you pay. Where a listing shows a "from" price, that is the cheapest option in the listing, not the price of every option.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it, not when the checkout page loads. If we cannot supply what you ordered, or a price or description was wrong, we will tell you and give you the choice of an alternative or a full refund of anything you have paid.

Large screens are built to the size and options you pick, so once a build has started a change may not be possible. Call us as early as you can if something needs to change.

• We deliver Australia-wide, T&Cs apply.
• Yes, we can deliver on almost any day, ideally with a few business days' notice.
• Where you have chosen "With Structure+Installation", the price covers a typical installation. Anything unusual about your site (access, height, engineering, traffic management, permits) is quoted separately.
• You provide power and data to the place the screen goes, unless we have agreed in writing to do that part.
• Council approval for a sign on your land is your responsibility. We can help: see the council approval guide.

LED parts carry a 5 year warranty when the screen is properly maintained and serviced annually. Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty instead, and a few carry neither; the product page says which applies. A warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and never in place of them.

Our Best Price Guarantee is like-for-like: same screen, same specification, same supply and install scope, from a comparable Australian supplier. Call us with the competing quote before you order.

• Rental plans run 10 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. A month means 30 days. Day rates are shown on the rental page and exclude GST.
• The 10 day and 1 month plans are paid upfront. The 3, 6 and 12 month plans are billed monthly.
• The screen stays ours. You are responsible for it while it is with you, including damage and theft.
• Our trailers run on mains power, not solar, and need firm, nearly flat ground. What you need to have ready is listed under Before you book.
• You are responsible for what you put on the screen. See Your content below.

Sportal LED scoreboards are quoted and sold by Sportal, not by us. Their terms apply to that sale. Call their sales team on (08) 7083 8321.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

You are responsible for the ads and other content you display on a screen you have bought or rented, including that you have the right to use it and that it meets advertising law and any council or road authority conditions that apply to your site.

The text, photographs, guides, designs and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and we keep every right in them. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy them into another site or product, or use them to train a model, without our written permission.

Our patents, trade marks and branding remain ours.

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. We may take the site or any part of it offline for maintenance.

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Australian law applies to these terms and to anything you buy or rent from us.
